Dude this is an awesome lesson, thank you very very much! Just got me a new JEM 7V so I really need to work some of these licks into my trick bag or haters gonna call me a poser. :)

Really good lesson, it's not too difficult to play and it's making good style, and give me another idea. Your a really good teacher, thanks!

So is the rule of this like the 4th and 5th of the minor pentatonic scale? Like you did this with C# minor, which means you also use F# minor and G# minor. If you use E minor, does that mean you do these style pentatonics with A and B minor? And if you use G minor, you could do this with C and D minor?

@GibsonGuitarist1022 it depends what the key is, you can make minor pentatonic scales from 1, 4th and 5th of an aeolian scale, and still would only be playing notes from that aeolian scale. If it's dorian it would be from 1,2 and 5. From phrygian it's from 1, 4 and 7.

C# minor is the relative minor of E major... E minor would be the Parallel minor :)

@AcousticMusicPage so I've been told.. :) It is actually a language problem, in Norway we refer to c#m and E major as parallel keys. I still mix them up in english ;-)
