Water Rats - season 3, episode 20 (72) - Diminished Responsibility

During a seemingly innocuous day, the Nemesis crew, along with Rachel and Frank, stop a robbery involving Japanese tourists. When the man committing the robbery has a seizure in front of them, they find out that he is using steroids. Rachel and Dave help deliver a baby when the mother is trapped underneath a boat and the tide comes in.
