  • The majority of heavity muscled people genetically tend to be -relatively- short. This plus some backwards logic led to deciding that youthful weight training -caused- their height . For decades, no one questioned this nonsense, which was spouted by every US gym teacher. Why didn't they warn us that letting our kids play basketball would make them 7 feet tall? Same thing.
