  • dude your 14 and your metabolism is incredible. you are skinny as hell man. why are you looking to lose fat. at your age you should be eating mcd's between meals so you can build muscle off the fat you gain. I'm 19 and my metabolism is still rocking. you should eat as much as you can and don't worry about eating smart till your in your early 20's. plus you say you run a lot aswell? dude your muscles are eating themselves. trust me on this I'm playing college football as we speak.

  • easy way of getting "ripped"

    1. eat lots of food good variety but still lots of meat and dairys.

    2.push yourself start of on lower waits and build up to prevent injuries

    3. running willl tone your legs but stops or slows down building muscle

    4. leave 2 days after an intense workout for muscles to recover and build constant working out will not let your muscles build aswell

    5.stretch often allows blood and stuff to pass through your muscles bringing nutrients quicker 6.results!!!

  • I eat tilapia, chicken breast, beef, steak, salmon, whole wheat bread and pasta, green, and more greens. and ON whey protien 3 x a day.. about 6 meals a day

  • I dont know if bananas help with protein but every time before I go to the gym I have a banana, its a healthy fruit and is actually somewhat filling

  • I eat 2 eggs with pepperjack and 1/2 piece of of American cheese, sausage pattie and a glass of coke for breakfast every day. Om-nom-nom!
