what a bitch I can't believe as a Ranger fan I have to see him put on that jersey especially after the way he ended Blair Betts season last year in the playoffs. I don't forget a dirty hit he chose to go after a guy he is clearly a lot bigger than I would have much rather kept Colton Orr instead for this year. Watching him play for my favorite team I can definitely agree that as much as he can throw the fists he runs away from fights more times than not

Brash "run" away because McCarthy was Jerseyless. No smart, BUT CLEVER. Look an Ray, he was in soo many Fights naked and he beat his Opponent, but whit his Jersey on, he became a beatdown.

Exactly - only a person who has never strapped up and dropped down would say otherwise.

If you know anything about hockey fights, you know you'll never take on a guy without a jersey if you still have yours on: he'll grab onto it and beat you up while there's nothing much you can do. This is so true that the NHL has a rule: game msiconduct if your jersey is not properly tied down or if you purposely remove it. Even one arm out of the jersey gives an unfair advantage.
