マロングラッセの作り方です。マロングラッセは、渋皮をむいてやわらかく煮た栗を、数日かけて砂糖液で煮ます。毎日少しずつ糖度を上げていくことで、ツヤツヤでやわらかい­マロングラッセに仕上がります。
動画の説明:残った渋皮は竹串でこそげて取ってみました。栗によっては調子よくむけるものもありますが、張り付いてなかなかむけない栗もあります。
