@scarecrow1701 Yeah, we have them all here. I have seen it but haven't tried. Thanks for the tip. KtC

@kooktocook I do that with eggs too sometimes! My Mom used to do that when the family went camping and it gives them that "great outdoors" flavor.
I think the original Lea & Perrin's is the best, but McCormick has a Worcestershire flavored ground black pepper that works well with eggs too, and no need for the grinder!
Not sure if it's available in Canada but if you see it give a try.

@kooktocook I did that too when I owned a car. Now I load the trunk of rented cars in the same way with the very same equipment, when I want to get out of the city. The ashes are great to return to Mother Earth. I see we think alike :D

@PsychoSeaweed I actually have a small BBQ in the trunk of my car with a bag of charcoal. They work pretty good in a pinch. Odd, my ashes go into the garden also. Good way to get rid of them! KtC

@kooktocook Indeed. I used to have a large kettle BBQ similar to the one in your video. I did the same thing at the time with the foil. I would keep some of the ashes to use as fertilizer in the garden at the time as well.
Now all I have are mini Q's to use on the balcony :)

@mehquig We make the beans quite a bit and while they were cooking I thought 'beef ribs would be great with them'. So ran off to the (okay, I drove) to my butcher and had them cut up this way. I had the rest of the beans next day for breakie! thanks Andy, have a great day! KtC

@scarecrow1701 I love the worcestershire. It reall works with the beef. Sometimes I like a few drops in my scrambled eggs too! thank you! KtC

@PsychoSeaweed I like the clean-up. I don't cover it all for you still need the air coming up from the bottom. I use charcoal all the time so it works well keeping the ashes together to be just wrapped up and discarded. Thxs, KtC
How long did it take you to chew up the ribs in order to swallow them?

@hunclemike They are short ribs. Marinated I should add. Very quickly. They melt in the mouth as a rib steak would. cheers! KtC
