ha ha the usual, not metal, this isn't metal, who made you the authority, thought the vid was quite interesting myself. and no some don't fall into the 'metal ' tag, but a lot of them have been very influential to heavy metal music and the likes of Rush ( and yes I'm fully aware they are prog ) were/are very much appreciated by a lot of the metal community ! so sorry you're precious newer stuff wasn't included , personally I didn't miss seeing Korn etc one little bit

shouldent the history of heavy metal be in chronological order?
most of these bands are in the wrong order
and some arent "heavy metal"
and you could only think of one classical composer that is metal

ya he does have a point there but there is a such thing called hair banger metal which is a sub division of metal along with the others like thrash death metal industrial metal and alternative metal which is hard to find now oh and one other thing metal came from rock music but bc of it's heavy fast sound and incredible vocals it's more popular also rap came from rock bc of run dmc even though they consider themselves as rap the media saw them as rock when they started.

Good bands, but as much as I like Bach, he is not heavy metal. Perhaps Richard Wagner would have been a better choice. Perhaps Flight of the Valkyries??
