This video is from an Argentinian tv show called TVR (very good show), this is only a small part of the video (they did the same with a lot of the other artists that performed in the live 8 thing) but it isn't intended as a shot at them, is just a way of showing the inequality that exists on this world. After the video was aired the host of the show expained this and said that what these artist were doing was a great thing
