Pony Paddock Leader, Miss Amy, demonstrates how to make a lead rope. This was a project done at the USPC annual meeting, 2009. Featured pony clubber, Libby, is a D2 in the Virginia Region. Created on February 18, 2009 using FlipShare.
@KaylaPoissonMusic She has 4 individual ropes that she looped through the loop on the bottom of the snap, so, essentially, yes, she had 4 that were folded in half. If she's making a 10 ft. lead rope out of the 4 folded ones, then she started with 4 20 ft. thin ropes so, when she fed it through the snap, it became 8 10 ft. thin ropes. I hope that makes sense. Dx I'm bad at explaining things.
