Mario can NEVER retire!
He is to big in the gamng industry and his games are the best out there (although not all of them).

mario should never retire , he is a true gaming icon and wen people are sad , people can play mario games and treat him as a freind :)

NO mario is a classic he is the father of all modern video games he was the first video game with a real story tied into it but he needs to slow down some of his games are juzt plain wierd but no!!!!!!! mario will never retire

Mickey is less known then Mario. I think that if they keep the every three-five years gap between games it's ok.

Be honest mate , Mario is a legend , And as mario kart , It would not be mario kart if it did not have karts , It would not be smash brothers , If you did not get your favourite nintendo characters , And fight , My opinuion

If Mario Retire, all games system will break down.
Mario never retire. WE NEED YOU!!!

I don't think that Mario should retire, Although i do think that they should stop creating the mario classic games such as 'mario galaxy'. Whereas the more innovative games such as 'Mario Kart' should carry being made because these game will appeal to people no matter how much graphics and gameplay is improving on other games.

nintendo will never let mario go, they would die without him

The selling is the key but it depends on how they can move forward with the Mario Games.

True but Nintendo may need to find other ways to keep their audience which they have done with Wii Fit and Wii Sports.
