As a classic beach assault, this remake takes place on a different map than the original and shows the combat between invading Allied forces and the German defenders, trying to prevent the Americans from taking the beachhead.
In Memory was thought of in late 2005 by LazyShot and myself (QuickTactical). Not long after filming started Epic Films was created. We wanted it to be a tribute to our veterans, and so it is based upon a company of American soldiers in WWII, starting from the Normandy beaches to the final days in Berlin.
