  • I have to disagree with Phil's assessment that Agile is about prototyping and moving faster and then returning to shore up quality later. Agile DW/BI is about doing production quality work right from the start and incrementally evolving the RIGHT solution and models. By testing as we go, and designing/building what is needed as its needed, we avoid over-design and back-end loading the QA. Agile is much more about building the right thing of high quality than it is about building faster.
