@lolrobin im serious n yea mayb im a stupid redneck. i get ur point, n letting a fish die slowly certainly doesnt improve its taste as well. if u were a fish what would u prefer? getting smacked in the head or freeze to death? i wouldnt let a fish die on the snow, id smack it on the head too, and i wouldnt trow it on the snow when still alive like this guy does.

@MrCribbss Are you serious or just plain stupid? Either breaking a small fishes neck or smacking a slightly bigger fish over the head (usually forehead works better) kills them instantly. Letting them slowly sufficate out in the open, plus on snow, is only causing them unnecessary harm. But i can see how if you're a redneck that doesn't matter.

@Ryderrify Nah, ive ice fished before, just not alot for walleye that i take home. Usually for perch, herring, pike w/ deadbait, but if i do take some fish home with me i either give them a good hit on their head with a "priest", or smaller fish just put a finger in its mouth and snap its neck. The first choice would be easier for walleyes.

dont add a swivel ! just use a rapala knot
