what component of your setup makes the growly low end sound trademark to this song?

@zBassGuitarFanaticz I used the Nord Lead 2 to make all of the synth sounds including my attempt at that one. The original sound on Moving Pictures was made by an Oberheim OB-Xa.

Very nice!
I play in a band called Spectroscope here in Sweden where I use the Roland pk-5 for bass pedals. I've been thinking of buying the MP-117 because of its wider range but wasn't sure of the quality. It's looks very stable though. Have you tried the Roland Pk-5?

@toxicolsson No, I haven't tried the Roland PK-5 but I think Rush has used that model so I'm sure it is pretty nice.
