To add glucomannan is NOT a drug. and as the woman mentioned you should first get your fiber from veggies and whole grain THEN add glucomannan if you feel the need for more fiber and its no Magic Bullet.

Incorrect, I don't know what other ingredients are in this lipozene crap, but the main ingredient is glucomannan, which is simply powdered konjac root. which is what shirataki noodles are made of. You will probably only have a problem if you are not used to a lot of fiber. Just use a small amount at first then build up and you should have no problem. just buy the glucomannan forget the lipozene
