This case is as if some corporation had trademarked the words, grand opening, clearance sale or any other common business term so that none could use them without making royalty payments. Why should it be illegal to name a coffee, specially blended for Christmas, a Christmas Blend? I never cease to be astounded by the utter viciousness of the "highly successful" of this world!

@pask54 Uh, Jesus WAS a Jew. And His mission was originally TO the Jews. We ALL put Jesus on that cross. Not just the Pharisees (most of the Jews followed Him, but remember, He was tried by night), and not just the Romans. All sinners gave cause to the Cross.
