You're obviously not from Wisconsin and therefore wouldn't understand that it's crazy and racist to send a memo about certain polling locations being "intimidating" just because they're in the city of Milwaukee. There's a reason why the GOP wasn't looking for toughs to go hangout in Whitefish bay.
