Thanks for posting - great song. However, I believe you've misinterpreted the lyrics. When he says "If there's a god, be aware..." he is talking TO god (if there be one). He's saying that looking at his newborn son he realizes that "I (speaker) created him (son), and we (humanity) created you (god) in his image (to reflect the beauty of life)". There's a reason the group's name is Faithless. As an atheists, I have no complaints - they make great music and are currently my favorite band.

@Shuee187 Yep, he sure is. And, many (most?) Buddhists are atheistic, or if they perceive a "god" it is the sort that "is in each of us", not some separate entity. As Maxi said in "Reverence": "Continue to view the lord as being separated, and you're living a lie that's been perpetrated for many centuries..."
