Hello. =)
INTRO:
Killing 53,595 infected is a daunting task. Think about it. In an easy campaign, your team may kill around 1,200 zombies in half an hour. Splitting that evenly among the four teammates (for the sake of simplicity), and you only end up with 300 kills. Reaching 53,595 kill is going to take a very, very long time.
Hopefully, though, I can help. This video demonstrates an easy (although cheap) way of obtaining the Zombie Genocidest achievement. It utilizes custom key bindings that fire off specific commands, allowing for a lot of kills in a very short time.
I came up with this idea one day while staring at my achievement counter, wondering how I was every going to reach the golden number of 53,595. I started playing around in a single player game, and eventually came up with the technique explained below.
INFO:
The key bindings that I used in this video are:
bind i "sv_cheats 1; kill Bill; kill Francis; kill Louis; kill Zoey; give autoshotgun; noclip 1; god 1"
bind m "sv_cheats 1; z_common_limit 350; z_spawn mob"
bind p "sv_cheats 1; give pipe_bomb; sv_cheats 0"
bind k "sv_cheats 1; kill Smoker; kill Hunter; kill Boomer; kill Tank; kill Witch; sv_cheats 0"
The "i" key is set to be the 'initialize' key -- you press it when you start the game, and it does some things that you need to do right from the get-go: kill your teammates (they will only interfere), give you the weapon of your choice (doesn't really matter - you'll never use it), and deactivate clipping.
The "m" key is assigned to be the 'mob' key. Press this to start the mob. You can set a custom mob size for this using the z_common_limit command that's bound to this key -- limit the zombies to however many you think your computer can handle.
The "p" key is the 'pipe-bomb' key. This is the key you will be pressing most often. It turns cheats on, gives you a pipe-bomb, and turns cheats off again so that the kills you make with the pipe-bomb count towards the achievement.
The "k" key is the 'kill' key. It turns cheats on, kills any special infected so that they don't interfere with your progress, then turns cheats off (so that you don't forget to =P). This is especially important with Smokers and Hunters, but I included all the special infected in the command just to be sure.
HOW-TO:
1) When the game starts, press the "i" key to kill your teammates and deactivate clipping (fly)
2) Fly to a location that suits you and press the "m" key (I suggest the open street area as seen in the video -- lots of room for lots of zombies =D)
3) When the huge mob comes to get you, press the "p" key to equip a pipe-bomb (and turn cheats off)
4) Throw pipe-bomb, make big boom.
5) Keep equipping pipe-bombs and throw them.
6) When you run out of zombies to kill, repeats steps 2-6
7) If you see or hear any special infected, press "k" to kill them instantly.
NOTES:
Notice that the "i" and "m" key DO NOT turn cheats off at the end. This is by design for the "i" key because I didn't really see a need to turn cheats off (you're just going to have to turn them on with the "m" key anyway). But for the "m" key, it was necessary to exclude it because it actually interferes with the commands. I don't know why, but if I were to turn cheats off right after calling the mob, the mob would be canceled. Just remember to hit the "p" key to automatically turn cheats off.
Here's an interesting little tid-bit: even with cheats off, noclip is still active. This means that you can turn cheats off and still fly around (thus not worry about any damage). The only exception to this is if a Hunter gets a hold of you. It turns clipping back on, thus turning damage back on. This is why the "k" key is so important. If a Hunter happens to pin you down, hit the "k" key and then the "i" key (to turn clipping back on and escape the mob)
If your games crashes for any reason (ie: too many zombies), the kills you achieved will NOT be registered. Try to do these things in short 15 minute bursts, exiting the game every now and then to make sure your kills sync up with the Steam servers. Or just make sure to keep the zombie count at a reasonable level.
Think that's about it... Leave comments!
Thanks, and happy hunting!

@scarface4724 Not that I know of. I don't play L4D anymore, and I rarely play L4D2.
