  • I find those very impersonal, and I hate having to use them. The point is to be open with people, not wall them off.

  • How about an organized commenting system? Tell those who email you to send their message as a comment on your blog(unless its personal, private business.) Of course, this would only be for customer service and your fan base. You could also make videos explaining the questions they have, which is more personal. For those who want to be on the show or have new ideas have them post it as a comment and have those who read your blog vote for which they like best. The few emails left are for email.

  • use a help ticket system and the person asking the question presorts them for you.

    they click from the dropdown, contact for support, ask question, scratchback stuff, say hi to jim, etc.
