Wait a minute here guys, all you out there saying this is Mobitz II, don't you know anything!? I know I know, I thought it looked like 2nd degree type two as well, but you're missing something very important: the INTERNET says it's 3rd degree, and you just can't argue with that.

Those are fairly wide QRS complexes. Would expect a ventricular rate with 3rd degree AV block in the 20-40 range.

I agree... this is Mobitz 2 not third degree block...The PR intervals are fixed and 1st QRS is dropped.

This is not a 3rd degree heart block. This is a 2nd degree type II. If it were a 3rd degree the P waves and the QRS complexes would not march out together. Each would march out to its own rhythm.
