@mooneepondskid Yeah, there were actually some scenes cut from the movie that portrayed Rex Manning in a more sympathetic light, including one where he had a conversation with Berko, lamenting how the record company didn't allow him to play guitar on his last three records. I don't know why, but my guess is that cut them to keep Manning's character as a one-dimensional douche.
