This is not 'painting' in any way. Digital painting is a thing, and this is not it, this is braindead colouring between the lines.

when i paint with my brush if i overlap the color gets darker how do i turn that off?
fennifer2005 2 months ago
@fennifer2005 It sounds like you are on a different blending mode than "normal". When you are on your brush, go up to the top of the screen and make sure the blending mode of your brush is set to "normal".

how do you get the lineart lines to be black like that? i dont have a tablet so i draw something on regular paper and then scan it. is there a way to outline the lines in a sketch and get rid of the pencil smudges? i'm sorry if this comment doesnt make much sense, I have a hard time explaining things
by the way, your vid is very helpful. I have always wanted to try digital art, but i had no idea how to do it.! thanks!

@IrishMoffia97 Hi Irish. I use a black marker to make my lines. A Faber Castell pen with a "B" tip on white paper.
