The Paralympic Summer Games have evolved into the second-largest sporting event in the world. More than 4,300 athletes from around the world are expected at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Ottobock has been promoting sports for people with disabilities for more than three decades. Ottobock has been an official "Worldwide Partner of the Paralympic Movement" since 2005.

The commitment to the Paralympics began in 1988 when four prosthetists of the subsidiary Ottobock Australia offered their services at the games in Seoul.

Does anyone know if the paralympic games will be uploaded on youtube? I am specifically interesting in watching the goal ball tournaments, as I play the sport myself. However I live in the US, and our brodcasting of the games will be limited I think.

That is one of the sports - wheelchair rugby (also known as murderball). It's violent, competitive and awesome to watch. According to Boris Johnson, if it wasn't for the fact that it is played by wheelchair athletes, it would be banned as being too dangerous!
