Wheel Blaster - Triple Nozzle

This wheel blaster, at the new Hoffman Car Wash in Vestal NY, follows the wheels with three zero degree rotating nozzles at 800 psi of pressure to clean the tires and blast away brake dust using less than 5 gallons of water per car. The wheel blaster automatically adjusts to the speed of the conveyor. At this wash we start it a little early and run it just slightly slower than the conveyor to allow more coverage to the wheel well with the third nozzle. No other wheel cleaning system hits the wheel with this much impact. Available from AVW Equipment Company. Space needed: 6' Pump: 4 nozzles use 15 rpm or 2.5 gallons per car, 6 nozzles use 22.5 gpm or 3.75 gallons per car depending on your conveyor speed.
