For my Dad's 59th birthday, my family and I toured the Washington Post's Springfield printing plant. We arrived at about 10:45 pm and got a full tour led by the floor manager, which lasted almost an hour and a half. Amazing to see the actual process and really understand what it takes to print a newspaper every day.
500 people work at this particular plant, which runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So much work...
what i cant beliave is that some of these guys worked in this place for some 30 or 40 year without losing their mind. i would have lasted 5 and then come back a burn the place down
