@cairo4448 When one of your parents is Indian, and the other is Dutch, that's the definition of being mixed. It's not about whether or not she "looks like a typical Indian", because looks can deceive.

Nigel Barker's mum is actually Sri Lankan, not Indian.

The rapper Foxy Brown is half Indian, Tatiana Ali from the Fresh Prince, too. Kim Porter (P.DIddy's on off girlfriend) is mixed with Indian.
Chili from TLC is half Indian, her father is from Guyana. She actually looks straight up Indian. I can tell when people are mixed with Indian, maybe you half to be from the culture to be able to recognize the features.

@elenavlada well I was watching Top Model and Nigel Barker mentioned his mother was Indian. But Wikipedia says Sri Lankan, so I went with what Nigel said because it came from him. He knows what he is. Maybe I should change the title to half south asian, half other and that would also include sri lanka.
