This post is in response to the upcoming WHO / IAEA demonstration in Geneva. I want to believe it will make a difference, but the realist in me knows it won't have an impact on this level of corruption. Information is withheld under the guise of bureaucratic red tape while they continue to favor the interests of big business and the global banking cartel among other questionable motives.

Global Nuclear Crisis: UN Lies About Nuclear Threat
by grtv

Japan's nuclear crisis is reminiscent of the past -- both Three Mile Island and Chernobyl. And the full effects of the nuclear disaster in Japan have yet to be felt.

Dr. Helen Caldicott, the author of "Nuclear Power is not the Answer" explains disasters like this could cause global nuclear catastrophe and are exactly why nuclear power is not a viable option for solving the planet's energy woes.

She argues accidents are too risky and the UN, IAEA and the World Health Organization are covering up just how devastating it could be.

The Agreement WHA 12-40 between WHO and IAEA

It was approved on 28th May 1959. We reproduce here the relevant extracts but you can also read the document in its entirety (link below)

* The International Atomic Energy Agency and the World Health Organization recognize that they may find it necessary to apply certain limitations for the safeguarding of confidential information furnished to them ...
* the Secretariat of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Secretariat of the World Health Organization shall keep each other fully informed concerning all projected activities and all programmes of work which may be of interest to both parties.
* It is recognized by the World Health Organization that the International Atomic Energy Agency has the primary responsibility for encouraging, assisting and co-ordinating research on, and development and practical application of, atomic energy for peaceful uses throughout the world without prejudice to the right of the World Health Organization to concern itself with promoting, developing, assisting, and co-ordinating international health work, including research, in all its aspects.
* Whenever either organization proposes to initiate a programme or activity on a subject in which the other organization has or may have a substantial interest, the first party shall consult the other with a view to adjusting the matter by mutual agreement.
* THE REVISION OF THE AGREEMENT : If agreement on the subject of revision cannot be reached, the agreement may be terminated by either party on 31 December of any year by notice given to the other party not later than 30 June of that year.

Compared with other agreements made between various UN agencies, there is nothing unusual in the way this document has been drafted, but we would point out that, in practice, it puts WHO under the yoke of the IAEA.
* WHO must notify the IAEA of any plans to undertake research and then either work with, or yield the research to the IAEA.
* The Agreement specifies that neither of the two agencies should be disadvantaged by the other: thus the business interests of the IAEA should not suffer ...
* In 23 years, no social or medical programme, worthy of the name, has been set up in the contaminated areas of Chernobyl.
* In the nuclear nations, epidemiological studies are rare.
* In countries like France, there is a total blackout on all civil and military nuclear activity.

  • I would like to get your permission to make Japanese translation of this video. This is very important point, and I would like to see how Japanese people think about this explosion explanation especially. Although government strictly controls freedom of speech in Japan, I like this video very much. :-)

Is latter part of this video also from Russian times??

  • @stana079 the link to the first and latter part is in the description box. Copy all you want from this and all and please let me know what you find out, OK? May I ask you for translation work on other things I have collected as well, from Japanese to English?

  • Hi MsMilky.. Forgive me but, this is working on so many levels for me personally.Briefly, Prob /react/Solution comes to mind of course. And depopulation.

Then, the NWO's aim for ultimately offering the world "free energy" using the a.c. as its heralder. Dont know if you agree ?

Thank you for all your updates. V.Much appreciated. Lou.

  • @zsushbear I totally agree, I just uploaded another vid with an exert about TEPCO and Media censorship. I suggest you click on the link in the description box for the entire article as it supports this view in entirety. my computer is acting up again, so I just uploaded the last portion of the article.

  • I resent that the world has to bow to TEPCO and that we have to be content with whatever crumbs of info they feel like releasing. The Japanese government should have taken control of this situation (eminent domain) for the public good.

  • i enjoyed this vid

  • This is not a closer look. This is fear mongering by pundits. Show me the pictures of the people being liquified.

  • @juliusworms that is a very unintelligent thing to say. please keep such silly ideas to yourself.

  • I knew that after seeing the reactors blow, we were going to be in a situation that is many, many more times larger than what had happened in Cherynobyl. I hope that this tragedy will open the eyes on the world & educate them on the dangers of nuclear energy. There are much better sources of renewable energy that is untapped b/c of money & greed. We need to wake up to the fact that we are destroying our planet. Peace.

  • In the late fifties when atmospheric tests were phased out, there were about five (of planned fifteen) 300,000 pound TNT explosions in the White Sands region. There were later publicised, and there was an extensive SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN article which is available in library archives. This should provide some comparative data for very large chemical detonations vs nuclear events.

  • Nuke power is the answer! Just don't put it in the way of a typhoon!

  • Well folks . . there is excellent references and info on how-to's and when-to's on this site that individuals can easily and quickly use to protect themselves from radiation fallout in their areas, this is what we CAN do.
