Antenna Software's James Hemmer on tech M&A

"SAP's $5.8 billion acquisition of Sybase was a very important deal," says Antenna Software Inc. CEO James Hemmer. "It shows that a large company like SAP views mobile solutions as important to their portfolio. I think we'll see more of that." He should know.
