  • @shaddow525 Did you try softening it by warmig it with the flat of your pallet knife like he was doing in the video? That will make the chocoilate more malluable and as long as you use good sharp scraping movements the chocolte should come off the marble quite easily, also either granite or marble surface is essential for these techniques if you are using another type of surface that could be another problem.

  • That does not seem like chocolate that you are making those roses from it seems like a chocolate clay. If it is chocolate then how do you get that block so soft. I really need some advice and help please. I have a nice big solid block of dark Callebaut chocolate and I tried doing the roses, but of course the chocolate was to hard and just split into pieces as I pulled the knife towards me. I really would like your help please.
