@jpalberthoward9 Well when it comes to the "industry" per se, referring mostly to large music companies, their sole concern is selling loads of records. And who can blame them. And what age demographic buys the most records? 13-18 year olds. And 13-18 year olds want to see singers who are their age, and not 30 year old guitar killers. As a 30 year old guitar killer, this saddens me, but it is the way of the world. Best thing you can do is write a great song and cross your fingers.

JEEZ!! is there anything better than skilled grownups playing like grownups? If only the industry would cater to people over 14, more guys like Gatton could have viable careers, and not be dead many years before their time. Thank God for the friggin' internet, huh?

his playing transcends genre, it's just amazing music at this level. i don't care for country much, but i do like good music-and this is incredible.
