@SwaggerMaster01 No. Not at all. I had to get it re-pierced though because I went into the hospital and they made me take it out so it closed up, the second time, it hurt a lot. and my friend just got hers done and said it's not that bad at all.

It depends on the town some town do not allow it so call the claire's and ask
