@kebabish3 There hasnt been a death since like 2009 (not 100% sure). Most engines now are designed to prevent engine ingestion

@kebabish3 . The danger area for the TRENT engines at idle power is 4.5M (15 ft) infront of the engine intake. At max takeoff power it is 8.9M (29ft).
