  • @avidalocan No.. It's not just that.. most people in big companys have that power because of their psychotic nature, they really NEED power.

  • I gotta ask how many people here who deride psychopaths would become one themselves if they suddenly had great power and thus much to lose. Probably a lot.

  • I've done a little research on Pinochet and the reporter's claim of "thousands" of victims and here's what I found. You decide for yourselves whether the reporter exaggerated or not.

    # of political prisoners imprisoned and tortured: 40,018

    # of people killed or disappeared: 3,065

This number comes from a commission investigating human rights abuses in Chile directed by Maria Luisa Sepulveda.

Source: BBC News, 18 August 2011, "Chile recognizes 9,800 more victims of Pinochet's rule"

  • I wanna leave for good. My father is one of these self absorbed creatures too. It's most shocking that these things who show less empathy than a pack of hyenas, evolved to walk on two. I was doomed for a fun ride since birth. It's apparent that I have borderline disorder and am very passive aggressive. I can't love anyone because I know it's a belief like scientology or the tooth fairy. To me, love is how I feel for fifty percent of the female population at first sight.

  • The best thing to do for a country's national security is not rely on any one nation so much that you wet your pants when they don't agree with you in every conceivable way. When you have adaptive policies and good trade and you stay out of direct intervention with other nations then you set your security, and NOT your dominance, on sure footing for years to come.

  • @OrthodoxDarwinist I also think that the CIA guy is not a psychopath, btw. but we can't be so sure without tests...

  • Sometimes it makes me sick just being on the same planet with these pathetic creatures. Well, to be completely honest, almost every day they make me wanna puke directly on their stupid faces.

  • @colecionar

Interesting, didn't know that, thanks for adding.

  • Netanyahu is a great example of a psychopath, desperate to start a massive war that would kill millions simply to further the hegemony of his ethnocentric racist apartheid-state.

  • @psusac "psychopath does't NEED a rationalization for his behavior"

It's actually the opposite. Psychopaths' lack of remorse is associated with a remarkable ability to rationalize their behavior.
