I think free-roam is cool, but basicaly all the other spider-man games have sucked so far. Yes, they were fun playing untill you had finnished it, but then there isn't much more to do and achieve. But this for one, looks really cool. I don't hope it will be too expensive, I wouldn't like that, and I probably won't buy it then.
