  • the tabla-sound is very bady.

    Maybe a bad cam?

  • Ya. Partly that and partly that I'm playing on practice tablas so not well tuned.

  • Thanks much. This is for some 5 year olds I am teaching. I am going to be posting a bunch more since it makes it easier for them to learn if they can watch it and pracrice it.

  • Thx Brennyyt, nice work. Students! When a Guru teaches you, your only concern is to learn by paying attention. It's useless to interrupt/play simultaneously, EVEN if the bols seem easy. Play this kaida again in 2 years, you'll see notice the development in fingers & mind. Motivation & patience are the secret. Motivation is the hunger to learn non-stop & patience is auto-discipline&respect. If one or the other lacks, learning process collapses. Best wishes to all of you, keep on practicing!

  • It is hard to understand all of the letters you are saying because you sort of start to mumble when you say them quickly. just a thought for future videos.

  • Very Cool! I love to learn new tabla grooves!
