Ten years after fleeing from Vietnam to find freedom in the US, once every 2, 3 months, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night by nightmares being chased by Communist militiamen or police. One day, I went to listen to Thich Nhat Hanh, I was so touched I left a changed person: Although I still don't accept Communism, my hatred for Communist stopped. It's been more than 20 years, the nightmares have miraculously disappeared along with my hatred for Communists.

Avoiding suffering deepens your suffering.
Giving a comeback to a person who cursed you is that.
Meditation must become a state of mind. Always be aware. Tens hundreds of times a day- notice yourself, your surroundings. Until your vigilance is continuous. It is like lucid dreaming, except it's here. It is awakening. Society is asleep.
