Alec was a good singer.What he did, was to sing at the highest pitch level, enforcing the chorus and giving the others the opportunity to sing the basic tune. Alec, had the ability to do that! Something that Hugh cannot do, and it's more valueable now, because they are old enough to sing even the basic "high" pitch!!! The problem in this video, is that Alec's mic sounds more than it should be. It happens sometimes in video recordings....
