where did that conversation even started? what common do have terrorism and this yacht? ofcourse it uses lot of fuel but airplanes use alot more and are much more general. that´s one of those big things in this climate change to "repair". (english not my first language so..)

@Jangle2007 I was beginning to believe the whole "climate change" thing too.. Until I heard a "climate change" scientist say that we would have to eliminate ALL carbon based emissions for some odd years just to change the earth's temperature by 1 degree. Made me think.. If that's true, then how much damage are carbon based emissions really doing?

Although this boat is superb and a pure pleasure in every way, it is a great fuel consumer.
My idea is to introduce progressive tariff on fuel consumption.
Quite simple; more gas you buy more you pay, less you buy less you pay.
If you buy 5 liters for Your car You pay the standard price, on the other hand if You buy 6000 liters for Your boat the sum total divided by the number of liters will have to be higher for cost of one liter!
That way You will tax the big private consumers.
