@krysylys That was the SOM line up I liked best, Hussey, Marx and Adams. Too bad Eldritch is such a control freak. But Hussey proves there is life after SOM. Mission U K is a great band. Different from the Sisters of course.

Brilliant.

Love this. Recorded it when it was shown on TV and now don't know where the bloody tape is so cheers. And what's with all the stupid sniping about who was best? Mick Brown played drums in a band called Red Lorry Yellow Lorry before he joined The Mission. The Lorries fucking blow these pretentious shits away in an instant! Don't get me wrong, I like the Mission and the Sisters but, ya know, you people who have strong opinions about what's good or bad don't know your arse from your fucking elbow!

this is bullshit!!!!

the mission were the real deal. when the guys left the sisters they left a massive hole that was never filled,
-
loved the sisters at the time, but they were playing at it really. The mission were awsome!
-
he's taking the p*ss out of Eldritch in this, I thought that was obvious ;)

Jeezuz. Is it impossible to like BOTH TSOM and The Mish? I mean, really???
Come on folks, pull your collective heads out of your collective arses.
I prefer the Adams/Eldritch/Marx line-up of TSOM, why? Because that's who the Sisters were. When Hussey joined, and then Marx left, it was a different band.
Not better. Just different. I loved First andLast and Always. There are some truly iconic tracks on there.
Suck up your childish cynical opinions about who is "the greatest" and enjoy the music.

How can you prefer TSOM version!!?....the drum machine sucks, eldritch voice with no feeling at all.......and ABT67: the best TSOM's album was first and last and always with Wayne's guitar style and wayne's composition
