false. Extracting has nothing to do with the Ingame Language setting. a Rom Fix must be Administered. your must have had it already.

Ok one you need to use Camstudio not Hypercam, it a free software that works really well. Second to get good quality go to Options Video Options and change Quality to 100%. Last but not least you need to Extract you're debug rom with WinRar, and you will have ZELTOOMA file, and everything will be in english.
