What a ingratitude stupid owner, gets free kitchen equipment and a brand new restaurant but can not even give him 30 seconds to speak to her, the least she could have done was to say THANK YOU...Poor mother

@brioesque ive been working in kitchens for about 15 years now and ive worked in some bad repped places its not easy but its not impossible to find work especially if they know its not your fault as to why the restaurant was so bad, the industries competitive but that doesnt mean you have to stick with working in a shit restaurant the longer you stay the more it does become your fault, ive also walked out of disfunctional kitchens knowing that its not to get any better, maybe its diff in aus.

@brioesque umm yes it is easy cause i work in a kitchen ive and so do people in my family me or any of them have never found it hard to find a job because people are desperate for staff within the industry yes reps can be ruined but they can also be retained, by working hard and proving that it wasnt there fault that the restaurant was so bad but the owners, a lil bit of hard work and proving yourself they could find other places to work i know plenty of chefs who have done it before so fuck up

He should have walked away when they accused him of planting that mouse, say what you like about Gordon but 1. he knows his stuff and 2. despite his swearing etc, he does actually care about people. So to accuse him of lying when he has come to fix your business (i.e.: get you more money) is shitty to the extreme
