HOW TO FIX FLASHING POWER SUPPLY ON HP COMPUTER

I just got home and I went to turn on my media server (a rebuilt HP) computer I use to stream or save my pictures and videos files on. To my surprise the Power button didn't work so here is how i fixed it minus the technical terms and what not this is a fix that may be temporary or permanent.. @DJILLPOETIC it ok. i have day like that. i just got my new power supply today and install it. that warning light is gone now :P well, with a failing power supply can ruin your hard drive.
