@HK379 It basically says that Japan learned many things from us, yet betrayed us. They did many evil against us and we fought back to save our nation during the 8-years long War of Resistance. After winning the war, we must still be vigilant against Japan as even today, elements in Japan sort to revive their old evil ways.
