  • What's the total cost? I mean, motor, mounts, axles, transmission, etc.. I want turn key.

  • $25,000-$50,000+ Final cost depends on too many variables to go over here. Give me a call if you're serious!

  • is that your pone # at the end???

  • Sure is, If you need some work done on yoyr rig, give us a call. We are located in Mi.

  • it makes a lot of noise

  • where can i find a hemi swap for my 1989 YJ?

  • @Reverseflush Took the dims from the 6bt and it's several inches bigger... you'd have to move the grill out further

  • @flipbarracuda

Yea, 4bt is nice. Could do 6bt but then you'd have to reconfigure the front end for the weight issue.

I have ford 8.8's front and rear, Finished the full roll cage last week. Now I just got to paint the engine and drop it in. Mickey Thompson's all 4. Brembo on all corners. Brembos came off a crashed Subaru STI. Evrythiing came from a junkyard. I sand blasted everything and rhino lined the whole bottom

  • @Reverseflush Nice! Can't go wrong with cummins either... It'd be really cool if a 5.9 HO would fit in a stock yj... cause I about bought one... It's just a lot easier to do a 350 swap just cause there are so many aftermarket mounts and such to go with the 350... I just don't like how the 4bt only has just over 100 hp... (It's nice to go fast once in awhile) but the 200 some ft lbs is pretty nice

  • @flipbarracuda

Actually a found a 4 Cylinder Cummins with 370hrs on it. It's hanging in my barn now getting ready for painting.

  • @Reverseflush you can get a 350 fairly cheap depending on where you go... and you can really go wrong with a gm engine

  • @CootersOffRoad Holy shit?! 25 to 50 k??? I can do that myself and have the same thing for less than 7

  • Awesome rig. Im getting ready to pull the 5.9 outta my 1993 dodge powerram to mock up for the 5.7 hemi. R u still running the efi on the hemi or did u switch to a carb on your engine. Been lookin at xv motorsports carb kit but also squire inc has a good lookin kit to keep the efi on the hemi. Im torn on which route to go. Did u encounter any major issues? The other thing i was looking at would to not use a kit and do all the electrical work myself. I can do fab work for mounts and such too

  • Hey, I have an 87 YJ

I have a cracked block but it runs. I want to do a cheap engine swap. What are good engines that slip right in?

I also have Ford Explorer front n rear differentials and axles so..
