@nsinatra00 i answered that in a lower post, but when you get into a fire engine (which you can have respond to you by calling 555-fire) and it will ask you to hit a button to activate a Firefighter activity, once you complete all ten levels of that you will get the turnout gear and the fire engine with the saints row design on it.
