I attended several "Home Organ Adventures" weekend conventions for organ enthusiasts put on by Bill Worrall of Keyboard World Magazine. When they were in King of Prussia in the early 1980's, Larry Ferrari was representing Hammond Organ and always made himself available to the many amateur organists who were there, ever gracious. Always a favorite, never saw him look look a sheet of music. What a great person and musician.
My parents were friends of Larry's. He was a true gentleman.I Went to his house many times with my parents. His mom lived with him, she was all ways called Mrs. Ferrari. No one ever called her by her first name. Even as a 12 year old I remember her as a very sweet women. He would play for hours and hours he loved music. It was his life. He died very young, in his early 60's.

I interned at Channel 6 in 1994 and got to meet Mr. Ferrari; absolutely the nicest man you will ever meet. We lost a good one...
