You know, the funny thing about this comment is that I can actually check. It turns out you're quite likely telling the truth LOL.

My last 7 votes have an ANR of 4.4286 (says TubeGuardian) which means one possible set of votes could be: (5+5+5+5+5+5+1=31 stars) over 7 total votes = (31/7) = (4.428571428571428571428571428­5714)

Thanks LS! You can actually run TubeGuardian using VirtualBox (so I've heard). But, in the future there will be a web version for everyone like yourself that are platform challenged or for others that can't have their computers on 24/7.

That;s a great question. Sadly there is no definitive answer as each person's video feeds are different. I'm currently trying to nail down some rough estimates (how often it update/how many vids it's updating/etc). Regardless, I simply will never have a perfect answer to that. I would say if you're worried about it, set the refresh rate for the data to ~20-30 minutes. You will take more votes from a potential attack that way, but limits must be obeyed ;/.
