This 'designer' mindfulness meditation (which Stephanie calls "the 10 Minute Chill") was derived from Shinzen Young's 'Rest States" and later Shinzen started calling it "Easy Rest" (as it was a pairing of the most easily accessed Rest States in his system.) This is usually one of the first things Steph will teach her students as it tends to lead to more ease in mind and body.
This particular meditation was edited down to 10 min - thus there's less space for silent sitting. Steph will record one with more space - specifically for YouTube. Stay tuned.
